Laser capacity
Utilising the latest laser technology, we have installed a 3 axis CNC machine specifically designed to our own specifications, allowing precise laser marking up to a maximum of 250mm x 500mm.

The image above demonstrates the diversity of product, with instrument trays marked in one pass, and volume Femoral Reamers marked in similar manner.

Our capacity also allows for marking around the 'C' axis of product that can be suitably held.

Subcontract enquiries for laser marking are welcome. We can also offer laser marking and passivation to complete the service of full product supply for those who do not have this facility. All work supplied with certificates of conformity as required.
